Finance Operations Coordinator
Coordinate financial operations for teams working in Israel and abroad. The role covers financial reporting, project costing, budgeting, financial analysis, donor reporting, contracts, and payments. Based in Jerusalem, with one work-from-home day.
Responsibilities
- Prepare financial reports and project and program cost estimates for content units, government ministries, donors, and philanthropic foundations.
- Analyze data in the ERP system and respond to information needs from fundraising and content teams.
- Support donor reporting processes and budget donations in the ERP system; authorize units to activate budgets.
- Plan and monitor annual budgets, income, and expenditure for teams and offices in Israel and abroad.
- Analyze program feasibility, pricing, and financial and budget performance.
- Manage tenders, agreements, and contracts with government ministries and suppliers.
- Process payments in Israel and abroad and track incoming receipts.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in economics, accounting, or business administration.
- At least two years of experience in financial operations.
- Advanced Excel skills and proficiency with Office software.
- Familiarity with AI tools.
- Very good Hebrew and good English; at least one of Russian, Spanish, or French.
- Able to work flexible hours.
Nice to have
- Experience in a public-sector organization.
- Experience with fundraising or donor reporting.
- Experience working with international teams.
- Familiarity with Oracle ERP, especially its finance module, is a significant advantage.
- Experience using Copilot.
