Senior Construction Finance Analyst
Lead financial reporting and governance for construction projects, partner with project managers and cross-functional leaders, and guide a team of analysts. This hybrid role is based in Kiryat-Gat, Israel.
Responsibilities
- Oversee settlement reporting schedules, validate project modifications, and ensure accurate indirect cost percentages.
- Manage cost allocation and settlement processes, including DSD change integration and indirect allocation methodologies.
- Partner with project managers and cross-functional leaders, providing financial analysis and actionable insights for business decisions.
- Guide a team of analysts and establish consistent standards for project cost reporting.
- Support forecasting, financial planning, and month-end close processes.
- Improve financial processes and transparency across the construction organization.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, business administration, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in finance, accounting, operations, construction, manufacturing, project management, or a related analytical role.
- Working knowledge of financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and accounting principles.
- Experience with large datasets and financial systems; proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills; ability to collaborate across teams and adapt to changing priorities.
