Join a global gaming company's FP&A team to drive financial planning, forecasting, and analysis. Build models, create reports, and provide insights to support strategic decisions and expansion. Collaborate with stakeholders across the business.
Responsibilities
- Perform financial forecasting, reporting, and operational metrics tracking
- Build financial models and evaluate performance against plans and forecasts
- Prepare financial performance reports for leadership reviews
- Conduct variance analysis, identify trends, and recommend improvements
- Collaborate with accounting to ensure accurate financial reporting
- Drive process improvements and develop automated reporting/forecasting tools
- Perform market research, data mining, business intelligence, and valuation comps
- Utilize AI tools to enhance monthly processes
Requirements
- 1-2 years of business finance or relevant experience
- High proficiency in financial modeling
- Strong fluency with Excel formulas and functions
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics
- Strong analytical and data-gathering skills with business acumen
- Ability to work independently and under pressure
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- High level of English
- Proficiency with AI tools (Claude & Gemini)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
