Financial Planning & Analysis Manager
Highly visible FP&A Manager role leading budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning. Partner with cross-functional teams, analyze SaaS metrics, and deliver actionable insights to drive growth at a fast-paced cybersecurity SaaS company.
Responsibilities
- Lead annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and long-range planning across the business
- Deliver monthly and quarterly management reporting, including budget-vs-actual analysis and forward-looking insight
- Build and maintain financial models covering revenue, headcount, opex, cash flow, and strategic initiatives
- Track business performance to surface trends, risks, and opportunities early
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, R&D, Customer Success, and HR on planning, resource allocation, and performance management
- Analyze SaaS metrics — ARR, bookings, retention, churn, gross margin, CAC, and unit economics — to inform decisions
- Build business cases and scenario models that support investment and strategic decisions
- Present clear analysis and recommendations to senior leadership and the board, and drive improvements to financial processes and tooling
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in FP&A or corporate finance at a high-growth SaaS or technology company
- Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and analytical skills
- Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets, with experience in FP&A or BI systems
- Solid understanding of financial statements and SaaS business models
- Ability to turn complex data into clear conclusions and practical recommendations
- Confidence to present analysis and challenge assumptions constructively with stakeholders at every level
- Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, accounting, business, or a related discipline
- Professional-level English
Nice to have
- Experience with NetSuite, Salesforce, or FP&A/BI platforms such as Datarails
- Experience supporting go-to-market or R&D organizations
- Familiarity with subscription revenue modeling and SaaS metrics
- Experience working with geographically distributed teams
- CPA, MBA, or another relevant professional qualification
