Responsibilities
- Perform financial due diligence for purchase and sale transactions of companies in Israel and abroad
- Work with clients, management, investment funds and professional consultants
- Analyze financial and business performance, identify trends, risks and opportunities
- Work with databases and data analytics tools
- Prepare reports, presentations and financial products for clients, management and investors
- Participate in M&A processes and analyze financial and business aspects of transactions
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or economics
- High analytical ability and developed business thinking
- Ability to manage complex processes and multitask
- High level presentation, writing and expression skills
- Very high level of English
