CFO services firm seeking a hands-on controller to independently manage accounting and financial reporting for 4–6 clients. Full-time hybrid role based in Kfar Saba.
Responsibilities
- Manage 4–6 clients from onboarding through final statements
- Perform monthly and quarterly closes and prepare financial statements
- Handle VAT, payroll and banking matters
- Prepare budgets, cash-flow forecasts and variance analyses, and present them to CEOs
- Work directly with business owners, external auditors and banks
- Provide IFRS reporting and coordinate with overseas auditors for some clients
Requirements
- CPA qualification
- 4–8 years of experience, including accounting firm experience and hands-on controllership
- Strong written and spoken English
- Able to manage client work independently
- Willingness to learn and use AI tools
Nice to have
- IFRS reporting for a public company
- Experience with small and mid-sized clients
- Experience using AI
