Junior Finance Associate
Join the finance team in a full-time, hybrid maternity leave cover lasting six to seven months, with the possibility of a permanent role. Work three days a week from the Jerusalem office.
Responsibilities
- Maintain fund, SPV, and investor financial data across ERP, CRM, and internal systems.
- Record capital calls, distributions, and investment activity accurately and on time.
- Reconcile systems and accounts, investigate discrepancies, and resolve issues.
- Support month-, quarter-, and year-end processes and prepare data for reporting and audit requests.
- Coordinate with finance colleagues, Investor Relations, and Operations.
Requirements
- At least one year of experience in data entry, finance operations, fund administration, or a back-office role.
- Strong Excel skills, including formulas, filtering, lookups, and data validation.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business, or a related field preferred.
- Careful, structured approach to managing large volumes of data and repetitive tasks.
- Analytical and logical approach to investigating data and process issues.
Nice to have
- Experience using AI or automation to improve finance processes, reporting, or analysis.
- Familiarity with Salesforce, ERP, or accounting systems.
- Exposure to SQL, automation tools, or data workflows.
- Familiarity with fund structures, K-1s, capital calls, or distributions.
