Join a core team building a new system from the ground up. You will own end-to-end development, influence architecture and workflows, and help lead and mentor a newly formed development team. Work begins in the center and will later move to Be'er Sheva.
Responsibilities
- Drive end-to-end development of a new system within a microservices architecture.
- Use AI development tools to build efficiently while applying sound judgment and rigorous quality control.
- Influence technology decisions, system architecture, and development workflows.
- Mentor team members, share knowledge, and provide professional leadership.
- Take ownership of end-product quality.
Requirements
- Significant, proven full-stack development experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with TypeScript, Node.js, and React.
- Practical experience with PostgreSQL and microservices architecture.
- High proficiency with AI tools for software development.
- Strong code-review skills, including evaluating AI-generated code for quality, security, and maintainability.
- Technical leadership and mentoring capabilities.
- Independence, systemic vision, and ability to work through ambiguity.
Nice to have
- Experience with Kafka, Elasticsearch, and S3.
