Lead and mentor a full stack engineering team while guiding technical decisions, end-to-end delivery, and hands-on development of scalable web applications.
Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of full stack engineers; provide technical guidance, code reviews, and regular feedback.
- Own delivery from planning and estimation through development, release, and post-production.
- Design and implement scalable full stack architectures and guide frontend and backend architectural decisions.
- Write production code across frontend and backend, setting a strong example for engineering quality.
- Translate business requirements into maintainable technical solutions and maintain reliable production systems.
- Work with Product, Design, and other stakeholders to align priorities and inform product direction.
- Promote team ownership, quality, and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- At least 6 years of full stack development experience delivering production-grade systems at scale in an R&D team.
- At least 2 years of experience leading an engineering team as a team lead.
- Strong hands-on experience building web applications with Python and TypeScript.
- Solid understanding of system design, software architecture, and modern web technologies.
- Strong experience with relational databases.
- Ability to lead complex projects from start to finish while balancing technical quality and delivery.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
