Lead an experienced development team and contribute to complex web and mobile applications in a hybrid role based in Bnei Brak. Work with product, design, and QA teams on technical architecture and delivery.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage development teams using Agile/Scrum.
- Develop web and mobile applications, including with React Native, React JS, and C# .NET Core.
- Design microservices architecture and develop REST APIs.
- Establish and manage Azure DevOps and CI/CD processes.
- Work with SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Conduct code and design reviews and make technical decisions.
- Mentor developers and collaborate with product, design, and QA teams.
- Evaluate opportunities to integrate AI capabilities into systems.
Requirements
- At least 6 years of experience developing complex web and mobile applications.
- At least 3 years leading development teams in Agile/Scrum environments.
- At least 3 years developing React Native mobile applications, including publishing to Google Play and the App Store.
- Strong C# skills and experience with ASP.NET or Web API.
- Experience designing microservices architecture and REST APIs.
- Experience with Azure DevOps, CI/CD, and SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Experience with software architecture, technical decision-making, and mentoring developers.
Nice to have
- Experience with WebSockets, LLM API integration, or prompt engineering.
