Senior IT Infrastructure and Security Manager
Lead IT infrastructure and information security operations for a large global enterprise. This senior role combines operational leadership, technical decision-making, cross-organization projects, and direct and matrix management of teams and global vendors. Hybrid work in Airport City.
Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day IT infrastructure and information security operations and act as deputy to the function’s head.
- Manage technical teams, integrators, and global vendors through direct and matrix reporting.
- Own data centers, Microsoft environments, and AWS or hybrid cloud infrastructure.
- Architect and manage network and security solutions, including LAN/WAN, routing, firewalls, ZTNA, EDR/XDR, DDoS protection, and IAM.
- Lead responses to cybersecurity and infrastructure emergencies, including outside standard working hours.
- Deliver strategic, cross-organization projects and plan procurement and licensing budgets.
- Maintain broad knowledge of relevant regulations and standards.
Requirements
- At least 8 years of experience in IT infrastructure, IT operations, or cybersecurity.
- 3–5 years of experience managing teams and managers in a global, multi-site enterprise environment.
- Hands-on experience with complex networks, network architecture, and routing protocols such as BGP or OSPF.
- Significant experience designing and managing network security solutions, including infrastructure- and application-level DDoS protection and WAF.
- Deep architectural understanding and the ability to make technical decisions in real time.
- Proven experience with Microsoft environments, including Entra ID and M365, and virtualization platforms such as VMware or VCF.
- Significant experience with AWS or comparable public cloud environments.
- Very high English proficiency for daily work with international teams.
