Security Program Manager

Lead implementation of security policy and provide security coverage for defense projects and facilities, primarily in Yokneam, with work at additional sites as needed.
Responsibilities
- Implement security policy and applicable Malmab procedures and standards.
- Plan and guide employees across information security, security technology, physical security, and personnel reliability.
- Provide security guidance throughout defense projects, from research and development through delivery, including production processes and information-protection measures.
- Recommend security arrangements for projects and employees participating in trials in Israel and abroad.
- Coordinate security matters with customers and subcontractors, and support security discussions, demonstrations, and trials.
- Guide employees during routine operations and emergencies, and coordinate with external support organizations.
- Manage information-segregation systems, access prevention, and cryptographic equipment.
- Approve visitor access to facilities and conduct security audits and controls.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited academic institution.
- Basic security officer or Malmab course.
- Additional training in security disciplines.
- At least 3 years of management experience.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Strong written and verbal communication in Hebrew and English.
- Ability to work independently, set priorities, and perform under pressure.
Nice to have
- Basic security officer course from Malmab or equivalent.
