Provide professional support for the financial module of an ERP system, guiding customers and analyzing and resolving issues. The role is hybrid, with office options in Rosh HaAyin or Jerusalem. Training is provided, including for candidates without prior experience with this specific system.
Responsibilities
- Support customers using the ERP system's financial module
- Guide customers and help resolve system issues
- Analyze problems and provide effective solutions
Requirements
- Professional background in accounting, financial control, finance, or financial systems
- Strong technological aptitude and ability to learn information systems
- Good English
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Ability to diagnose and resolve complex problems efficiently
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Nice to have
- Experience with ERP systems, including Priority
- Customer service or technical support experience
- Experience implementing accounting systems or supporting their users
- Certified public accountant or tax adviser license
- Experience training users
