Vice President, Product Management

Lead product ownership, strategy, and roadmap for international payment products. Own end-to-end delivery, drive market analysis, pricing, and competitive positioning. Required: 5-7 years product management experience in international payments, knowledge of SWIFT, ISO 20022, TARGET2, SEPA. Preferred: correspondent banking understanding, advanced degree.

Responsibilities

  • Own product strategy, roadmap, and quarterly initiatives for international payment products
  • Contribute to platform strategic objectives using product data and metrics
  • Lead product management, development, and strategy for international payment solutions
  • Develop ideas for new products and ensure risk, regulatory, and market considerations
  • Collaborate with risk, compliance, legal, and governance for product approvals
  • Analyze client requirements and market trends to inform product development
  • Manage development, enhancement, and profitability of assigned products
  • Own end-to-end delivery and coach the pod team on backlog and priorities
  • Manage relationships with Operations, Technology, Risk, Compliance, Legal
  • Employ client-focused strategic analysis for business cases and competitive positioning
  • Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of products, marketplace, and client needs
  • Create product roadmaps with evaluation criteria and success metrics
  • Lead pricing, promotion, distribution strategies and competitive differentiation
  • Position products for client segments and support sales and relationship management
  • Perform technical training, demonstrations, and prepare sales materials

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business or technical-related discipline, or equivalent work experience
  • 5-7 years of experience in product ownership or management for global/international payments products
  • Knowledge of SWIFT, ISO 20022, European Clearings (TARGET2, SEPA)
