Seeking a Technical Product Manager to bridge product, IT, and partners for a package holiday comparison platform. You will analyze systems, define features, and drive improvements that impact millions of users. Ideal for a structured, data-driven professional with a hands-on mentality and agile experience.

Responsibilities

  • Develop technical product logic for the package holiday comparison platform to enable fast, reliable search, comparison, booking, and management.
  • Analyze existing product logic, data flows, and technical processes to identify weaknesses and derive improvements.
  • Translate business requirements, technical dependencies, and user needs into clear concepts, specifications, and actionable product requirements.
  • Collaborate closely with software developers, accompanying features from conception to go-live and verifying functionality before release.
  • Monitor feature success using tools like Grafana or Tableau, and derive data-based measures.
  • Observe technological developments and competitors to generate concrete impulses for the product.
  • Communicate complex technical relationships understandably to various stakeholders.
  • Engage with technology partners and providers to resolve issues at their source and ensure smooth operations.
  • Utilize modern technologies and AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT Enterprise, Cursor, or Figma Make to accelerate analyses, specifications, and product ideas.

Requirements

  • Technical product understanding with a passion for thinking through systems, processes, and data structures in detail.
  • Conceptual thinking with initial experience in conception, specification, and prioritization of product features.
  • Analytical strength with a data-driven mindset and the ability to quickly recognize connections.
  • Ownership mentality, taking responsibility for topics from idea to implementation and measuring success via KPIs.
  • Hands-on mentality with a desire to dive deep into processes, data, error analysis, and technical details.
  • Organizational talent with project management skills, ideally with agile methods.
  • Excellent completed degree in business, natural sciences, analytics, or a technical field.
  • Strong communication skills to explain complex technical topics and unite perspectives from product, IT, and business.
  • Fluent German and English skills, at least C1 level.
