Seeking a Senior Product Owner to lead digitalization initiatives in the banking sector. You will act as the central contact for clients, facilitate workshops, prioritize backlogs, and drive agile solution development. The role requires deep banking product knowledge and agile expertise.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the central point of contact for clients on strategic, functional, and methodological challenges.
- Facilitate workshops with decision-makers and prioritize functional and technical requirements in the product backlog.
- Manage the creation and implementation of user stories, supported by AI-based approaches for structuring, analysis, and decision support.
- Develop valuable solutions in collaboration with the team according to the client's strategic roadmap.
- Drive strategic cooperation with banks and technology partners in digitalization projects.
Requirements
- At least five years of professional experience as a Product Owner in banking and fund companies.
- Strong product and process knowledge in lending, securities, or payment transactions within banking and fund companies.
- Excellent knowledge of agile environments and methods, ideally with the ability to apply modern digital and AI-supported working methods in Product Owner tasks.
- High analytical and conceptual skills, as well as proactivity.
- Completed university degree in business administration, business informatics, or a comparable field.
- Very good German (at least C1 level) and good English skills.
