Join a leading sports nutrition company to drive the strategic evolution of its Warehouse Management System. You will work closely with logistics stakeholders across B2C and B2B channels, translating business needs into actionable features and ensuring alignment across teams.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with logistics stakeholders from B2C and B2B areas to gather, refine, and prioritize requirements for the Warehouse Management System.
  • Guide the development team through business requirements and manage communication with internal and external stakeholders to maintain alignment.
  • Transform logistics-related business requirements into user stories and epics, breaking them down into actionable steps for continuous progress.
  • Create and manage tickets for internal teams and external service providers, driven by your own initiative and team needs.
  • Maintain and manage the product backlog, identifying dependencies to ensure effective release planning.
  • Act as the central communication hub, ensuring maximum transparency and keeping all relevant parties continuously informed.
  • Oversee the implementation of requirements and take project ownership for logistics-related initiatives in cross-team topics.
  • Coordinate the involvement of external service providers, ensuring quality and adherence to timelines, and contribute proactively to strategic decisions focused on efficiency, scalability, and business impact.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Product Owner or Project Manager in an agile environment.
  • Demonstrated success in implementing digitalization, automation, or efficiency improvement initiatives within logistics processes.
  • Strong ability to work at the interface between business and IT, with a deep understanding of end-to-end operations processes.
  • Interest in and ability to delve into complex IT topics, reflecting technical understanding and commitment.
  • Self-identification as an integral part of the development team, acting as a driving force.
  • Expertise in Confluence, Jira, or similar systems to foster an efficient and structured project environment.
  • Strong moderation and assertiveness skills to motivate the team.
  • High self-motivation combined with a structured and goal-oriented working style.
  • Business fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic environment with significant creative freedom and a fast pace of implementation.
