Senior Product Manager, Internal AI

Responsibilities
- Map workflows with department leadership and C-level stakeholders to identify automation and redesign opportunities.
- Maintain a prioritized backlog with clear rationale and own the quarterly roadmap presented to domain heads and C-level counterparts.
- Design, build, test, and deploy automations and agents using the internal AI stack, from scoping to production systems.
- Own the full build lifecycle, ensuring live, maintained solutions with real adoption and measurable outcomes.
- Collaborate with AI Engineers on complex problems, involving them early when needed.
- Register every build in the Tool Register and uphold AI governance standards.
- Track usage and impact post-deployment and iterate based on real usage data.
- Drive AI capability across the domain by running sessions, office hours, and hands-on coaching to help colleagues adopt AI tools and build simple automations.
Requirements
- 5-7+ years in product management, automation, or AI engineering, with a track record of shipping production solutions.
- Experience building and deploying automations and AI solutions end-to-end, from requirements to live, maintained systems.
- Hands-on experience with modern AI build stack: LLM APIs (Claude, OpenAI), agent frameworks (e.g., LangGraph), MCP and RAG, and no-code platforms (n8n, Make, Zapier).
- Working knowledge of Python and SQL.
- Strong product judgment and senior-stakeholder influence, with the ability to turn ambiguous needs into scoped solutions and drive change without direct authority.
- Clear understanding of where AI and automation can and cannot help, and awareness of industry trends.

- Competitive reward package including salary, benefits, and pre-IPO equity, reevaluated annually.
- 28 days of paid vacation, plus an additional day after 2 and 4 years.
- 1 fully paid Impact Day for environmental and societal contributions.
