As a Senior Product Manager, you will own the product lifecycle of construction software solutions. You will define features, create specifications, coordinate with development teams, conduct customer workshops, and ensure quality. This role combines strategic product vision with hands-on process optimization.
Responsibilities
- Define and implement new features along the product lifecycle
- Maintain and continuously improve existing modules
- Create specifications, requirement documents, and product documentation
- Handle complex technical inquiries, incorporating standards and customer feedback
- Collaborate with QA on system tests and product releases
- Coordinate with international development centers
- Conduct requirements analysis and customer workshops
- Provide sales support and product presentations
Requirements
- Completed degree in civil engineering, construction management, or comparable qualification
- In-depth experience with the iTWO software
- Understanding of digital construction processes and interest in trends like BIM and AI
- Analytical thinking and quality awareness
- Proficiency in MS Office and technical understanding
- Team player, customer-oriented, willing to travel
- Excellent German and English skills (C1)
