Drive operational development of cloud, on-premise, and hybrid PBX products. Responsible for backlog management, requirements engineering, and close collaboration with development teams in an Agile environment. Requires strong organizational skills, technical understanding, and excellent communication in German and English.
Responsibilities
- Drive operational implementation of PBX products (cloud, on-prem, hybrid) in line with product vision.
- Gather, structure, and prioritize requirements, translating them into epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Maintain, structure, and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring clarity on value, stability, and feasibility.
- Collaborate closely with development teams and QA, ensuring transparent communication.
- Prepare and facilitate backlog refinements, sprint plannings, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Accept features and user stories, prioritize bugs and technical debt.
- Coordinate operational topics with support, QA, operations, and stakeholders.
- Support the Product Manager by handling operational tasks to ensure smooth development flow.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Product Owner, ideally with PBX, VoIP, or complex technical software products.
- Strong organizational skills in daily operations.
- Proficiency in requirements engineering and product backlog management.
- Solid experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
- Ability to bridge development and business domains, structuring complex topics clearly.
- Solid technical understanding to assess and communicate requirements realistically.
- Strong communication, assertiveness, and sense of responsibility.
- Very good German and good English skills, both written and spoken.
