Seeking a Product Owner to lead an agile development team in creating innovative digital health solutions. You will manage the product backlog, define user stories, and collaborate with product managers and developers to deliver user-centered products that meet high data protection and regulatory standards.
Responsibilities
- Lead an agile development team following Agile Product Ownership principles, fostering a productive and motivating environment.
- Manage ticket and backlog processes to ensure smooth and efficient workflows.
- Collaborate with product managers and business analysts to prepare technical requirements and concepts based on user-centered design.
- Prioritize features to deliver the highest value first.
- Create clear and compelling user stories as a foundation for development projects.
- Work closely with developers and software architects to develop innovative concepts and future-oriented solutions.
Requirements
- Several years of professional experience as a Product Owner, ideally in health data, digital health solutions, or health IT.
- Proven experience in developing user-centered products.
- University degree in business informatics, health management, business administration, or a related field.
- Comprehensive knowledge of data management, data protection, and relevant regulatory requirements.
- Experience with agile methodologies and strong moderation, communication, and teamwork skills.
- Passion for creative problem-solving, strong analytical skills, and curiosity for various topics.
- Fluent German and English skills.
