Product Manager - Doctor Partnerships

Responsibilities
- Develop strategy and roadmap to enhance product-market fit with partners and integrate the platform into healthcare processes.
- Manage short- and mid-term product initiatives to optimize care delivery and partner digitalization.
- Collaborate with marketing, design, engineering, and partnerships to optimize the doctor journey across all touchpoints.
- Maintain and strategically prioritize the product backlog based on the roadmap.
- Create meaningful reports on product KPIs to ensure continuous improvement.
- Employ A/B testing and qualitative user research to increase platform efficiency and conversion rates.
- Communicate continuously with partners to advance product development.
Requirements
- At least 2-3 years of product management experience, ideally in startups, e-commerce, or digital growth environments.
- Experience in agile collaboration with development teams (e.g., Scrum) and familiarity with ticket management systems like Jira.
- Experience in direct communication with customers and partners, with a confident and friendly demeanor.
- Proven ability to manage complex product structures and develop mid-term product strategies focused on measurable KPIs.
- Analytical approach to product development based on hypotheses and data, with solid experience in complex software systems.
- Knowledge of various user research methods to deeply understand user needs.
- Proactive in optimizing cross-team collaboration and efficient processes.
- Strong attention to detail, quick comprehension of complex structures, and ability to rapidly learn new topics.
- Native-level German and fluent English.
