Product and Project Manager Automation & Applied Robotics

As a Product and Project Manager, you will bridge business development and engineering, managing projects from concept to scalable implementation while coordinating stakeholders and external partners.
Responsibilities
- Plan, control, and coordinate automation and applied robotics projects from requirements definition to successful implementation.
- Structure, prioritize, and track project requirements in close coordination with internal departments, customers, and development partners.
- Translate technical and functional requirements into actionable work packages.
- Coordinate all relevant stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring transparency regarding time, budget, risks, and dependencies.
- Oversee the implementation of robotic solutions, ensuring projects are executed efficiently, practically, and with a focus on customer benefit.
- Participate in the selection and management of external partners, service providers, and suppliers.
- Represent the company professionally at customer meetings, trade fairs, and other relevant events to gather insights for solution development.
Requirements
- Completed bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, engineering, technology management, or equivalent qualification.
- Several years of experience in project management within the robotics field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and common project management tools such as Jira and Confluence.
- Very good German skills and English at least at B2 level, both written and spoken.
- Entrepreneurial thinking, high self-motivation, and a hands-on mentality.
- Strong communication skills, team orientation, and a structured, solution-oriented working style.

- Background in a craft trade to better understand customer requirements and workflows.
- Project management certifications.
