Responsibilities
- Contribute to the strategic development of a portfolio of sustainable and innovative investment products.
- Support the Senior Product Manager in managing the investment universe, coordinating internal interfaces, and steering external product partners.
- Assist in implementing measures from the securities strategy as part of business transformation.
- Conduct product-specific market and competitive analyses and evaluate new market potential.
- Prepare product-related content tailored to different target audiences.
- Administer the investment universe while ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- Degree in business or economics, ideally with a focus on finance.
- Initial practical experience in product management within a bank.
- First experience in project management, e.g., through internships at a consultancy.
- Strong knowledge of securities products and a keen interest in financial and capital markets.
- Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style.
- Strong team skills and a collaborative mindset.
