Advise insurance clients on digital transformation, system integration, and new technologies within a global professional services firm. Focus on core system transformations with partners like Guidewire and SAP, leveraging AI, data, and cloud solutions.
Responsibilities
- Design innovative data-driven insurance strategies from conception to code implementation
- Advise insurance companies on operational and strategic goals
- Support digital transformation of business processes and structures
- Deploy new digital technologies (data, AI, cloud) for global clients
- Leverage the global network to design and implement client solutions
Requirements
- University degree in insurance sciences, business administration, business informatics, or business mathematics
- Initial experience in the insurance environment (e.g., apprenticeship, internship, or working student role)
- Knowledge of implementation methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, PMP, ITIL), ideally with certification
- Experience in business process design and/or testing
- Familiarity with AI, data, insurance core systems, and system architectures
- Excellent communication skills in German (C1) and English
