Product Manager - Enrichment

Seeking a Product Manager to lead the roadmap for document conversion and enrichment technology within an e-discovery platform. You will drive product strategy, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure customer success through data-driven decisions and technical leadership.

Responsibilities

  • Drive short- and long-term roadmap for document conversion and enrichment teams, collaborating with internal and external users, engineering, sales, and enablement.
  • Work with other data enrichment product managers to create a cohesive enrichment architecture that improves user experience.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing to increase adoption of document conversion technology and create supporting materials.
  • Ensure customer success by helping enablement teams and addressing adoption barriers with urgency.
  • Connect with customers to understand workflows and validate solutions, prioritizing based on impact.
  • Communicate user needs to engineering and stakeholders to align on product vision.
  • Conduct user and competitive research.
  • Own the product roadmap and backlog, making feature decisions after consulting internal experts.
  • Work with Product Leads to define strategy and goals, and track key product metrics.
  • Facilitate communication across stakeholders and resolve conflicts around product vision.
  • Collaborate with Engineering to ensure scalability, reliability, usability, and performance standards.
  • Engage in technical discussions with Engineering Managers and Architects to understand implications of future work.
  • Break down large projects into iterative releases with measurable milestones.
  • Create go-to-market content including documentation and release notes.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in product management building custom software.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Design, or equivalent work experience.
  • Proven experience in product management for developer-facing platform products.
  • Solid understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
  • Ability to use data to analyze product health, set goals, and track success.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
  • Technical acumen to understand challenges faced by the team and propose solutions.
  • Experience with cloud platform architecture and technical discussions with development teams.

Nice to have

  • Experience with native libraries, distributed messaging systems, and workflow orchestration infrastructure.
  • Curiosity about highly complex problems, systems, and interactions.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on big-picture strategy.

Benefits

  • Competitive base salary with annual performance bonus and long-term incentives.
  • Salary range: $115,000 - $173,000, based on experience and qualifications.
