Responsibilities
- Help shape cross-product strategy across the division’s product portfolio.
- Analyze cross-system processes, identify gaps, and recommend solutions.
- Drive cross-product initiatives involving measurement, AI integration, implementation, and UX improvements.
- Coordinate complex interfaces with managers, product managers, developers, and users.
- Write specifications and support development processes.
- Conduct user research and apply findings to the product.
Requirements
- At least five years of product management experience, including cross-product or horizontal work.
- Degree in industrial engineering, computer science, information systems, or a related field.
- Experience with user research, process analysis, product implementation, and collaboration with customer success teams.
- Proficiency in agile methodologies and sprint-based development.
