Technical Product Manager, AV Connectivity

Manage AV cables, adapters, and desktop connectivity products, working with global suppliers and internal teams on product updates, technical issues, and customer support.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day product activities, updates, and new product introductions in the AV and connectivity category
- Coordinate with international suppliers on specifications, samples, pricing, quality issues, and product changes
- Review and test products, investigate technical issues, and coordinate solutions
- Support global sales teams and customers with product information, specifications, and technical questions
- Coordinate with product management, engineering, sales, purchasing, planning, and marketing teams
- Maintain product documentation, datasheets, catalogues, and other product information
Requirements
- A technical mindset, hands-on approach, and willingness to learn
- Relevant experience with AV, electronics, cables, connectivity, or other technical products
- Basic knowledge of HDMI, USB-C, and DisplayPort, or ability to learn quickly
- Good spoken and written English for communication with international suppliers
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and collaborate across teams
Nice to have
- Experience working with international suppliers, especially in Asia
- Familiarity with product specifications, quality testing, or manufacturing processes
- Technical education or practical experience in electronics, engineering, or a related field
