Seeking a Product Manager to own end-to-end product areas for a voice AI platform serving retail and healthcare clients. You will define direction, shape solutions, and drive execution for core voice experiences and automation capabilities, reporting to the Product Lead.

Responsibilities

  • Own defined product areas end to end, including direction, solution shaping, and execution.
  • Automate complex customer calls such as subscriptions, billing, and healthcare workflows.
  • Design AI behavior for ambiguous, multi-turn conversations.
  • Improve retention, resolution rates, and customer experience through automation.
  • Build systems combining voice, AI, APIs, and real-time decisioning.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing to ensure product adoption and customer impact.
  • Meet with customers to showcase how to increase phone automation over time.
  • Support Engineering with priorities, detailed specs, and QA.
  • Align with Marketing on feature positioning and target customers.
  • Set a high bar for execution, usability, and coherence across the product.

Requirements

  • Experience building products where success depends on system behavior, not just feature delivery.
  • Outcome-oriented mindset focused on revenue, retention, and efficiency.
  • Comfortable working with products combining software, data, and AI behavior.
  • Strong intuition for systems, APIs, and product constraints like latency, reliability, and scale.
  • Experience with AI, automation, or complex workflow products.
  • Ability to design experiences for high-stakes user actions such as payments, cancellations, and scheduling.
  • Highly data-driven with a focus on clear, measurable metrics.
  • Skilled at thinking through edge cases, failure modes, and real-world usage.
  • Thrives in fast-paced environments, defining problems before solving them.
  • Willingness to support teammates.
