Join a B2B IT services company as a Product Manager. You will partner with engineering and design to discover, prioritize, and ship features that clients love. This hybrid role requires 4+ years of product management experience and strong communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Run discovery with clients and end users to identify the right problems to solve
- Write clear, opinionated PRDs and break work into shippable increments
- Partner with engineering and design throughout the build process
- Own roadmaps and prioritization across multiple workstreams
- Measure feature impact post-launch and feed learnings back into the roadmap
- Communicate progress and tradeoffs clearly to clients and stakeholders
Requirements
- 4+ years of product management experience, ideally in a B2B or services context
- Strong written communication — you can write a PRD that doesn't need a meeting
- Comfort with ambiguity and the discipline to cut scope when needed
- Experience working directly with engineering teams in an agile setting
- Data fluency — you can pull, read, and reason about product metrics
- Excellent stakeholder management
Nice to have
- Technical background or comfort reading code
- Experience working with multiple clients simultaneously
- Design sensibility and Figma comfort
