Product Manager
Seeking a Product Manager to support Salesforce enhancements within the Global Sales & Services Technology team. Focus on Account and Engagement Planning workstreams, driving visibility and user journey improvements. Responsibilities
- Partner with prospecting, pipeline, and fulfillment teams to identify and fill gaps in the user journey.
- Evolve usage analytics to uncover user behavior and technology anomalies, improving tools and identifying production issues.
- Lead the product lifecycle and drive the product roadmap, including Salesforce enhancements from discovery through in-market iterations.
- Collaborate with SCRUM development and technical teams on product design feasibility, particularly within Salesforce Sales and Service Clouds.
- Manage and influence stakeholders across Marketing, Sales, Sales Ops, and IT to champion the technology roadmap.
- Support organizational change through change programs, communications, and training to ensure products are impactful at scale.
- Synthesize customer and business needs across core partners, ensuring visibility of account team activities.
- Leverage large volumes of data across business units to inform product decisions.
- Integrate input from user journeys, industry research, and stakeholder requests into product priorities and requirements.
- Prioritize projects and features based on impact and alignment with long-term goals and strategy.
- Collaborate with the scrum team to design, build, launch, and assess MVPs.
- Establish vision and roadmaps for Account and Engagement Planning workstreams, providing visibility to stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 3-6 years of experience as a Product Manager with Salesforce or a comparable CRM system.
- Strong project and program management skills with a track record of leading cross-functional initiatives.
- Proven ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders across business and IT teams.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills for addressing business challenges.
- Subject matter expertise in enterprise information systems, including data models, data structures, and data warehouses.
- Strong knowledge of Agile principles and processes; experience driving requirements and delivery with SCRUM teams.
- Ability to solve complex problems and manage ambiguity and unexpected change.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Nice to have
- Experience using industry-leading analytics platforms (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI) to deliver impactful business insights at scale, ideally for Sales.
- Familiarity or low-level experience using AI features.
