HybridFull-timeProduct ManagementAdvertising Services

Join a digital marketing company as a Product Manager to own the site experience and lead capture products. You will drive KPIs through systematic experimentation, collaborate with editorial, design, and engineering teams, and manage the full product lifecycle from discovery to measurement. This role is remote-first, with a hybrid option for local candidates.

Responsibilities

  • Own the site experience product, including reusable systems and components, and be accountable for the KPIs they drive.
  • Manage the lead capture experience, optimizing surfaces where visitors become qualified customers.
  • Run systematic experimentation across sites to identify winning patterns and scale them.
  • Define objectives, metrics, baselines, and targets for each initiative before work begins.
  • Translate customer research and behavioral data into requirements that improve experience and conversion.
  • Turn requirements into clear project overviews, epics, feature specs, and user stories.
  • Maintain governance and documentation to keep systems consistent and aligned with design standards.
  • Partner with other product managers to sequence work against shared capacity, prioritizing initiatives that lift the most sites.
  • Serve internal editorial and brand teams as primary users, driving adoption and monitoring for friction.
  • Lead user acceptance testing for new capabilities and coordinate technical implementation across shared engineering resources.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of product management experience with web products.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage diverse, parallel workstreams.
  • Familiarity with CMS platforms, design systems, or lead capture systems.
  • Comfort owning KPIs: defining them, setting baselines and targets, and making prioritization calls.
  • Strong follow-through and a track record of getting projects across the finish line.
  • Experience turning requirements into project overviews, epics, feature specs, and user stories.
  • Experience running user acceptance testing and maintaining a high quality bar.
  • Data fluency: ability to manipulate raw data, build reports, and use funnel analysis, A/B testing, and metric definition.
  • Solid understanding of general engineering, UX, and UI considerations in web products.
  • Excellent communication skills, able to translate technical complexity into business value.
  • Bias toward action, comfortable deciding with about 70% of the information.

Benefits

  • Low-cost, competitive health coverage including domestic partners and employer-paid counseling services.
  • 401(k) matching after two months, with employer matching starting at ~3%.
  • Employer-paid lifestyle spending account for physical, financial, and emotional wellbeing expenses.
  • Flexible time off with balances accruing weekly, plus weekly pay.
  • 2 weeks paid parental leave during the first year, up to 9 weeks after one year.
  • Generous paid holidays plus additional flex holidays.
  • Remote-first role with hybrid requirement for local employees (in-office Tuesdays and Thursdays).
  • Comprehensive employer-paid life insurance including coverage for dependents and spouses.
  • Employee Resource Groups fostering connections and diversity.
