Client Account Representative
Provide proactive client service while administering financial transactions, maintaining accurate records, coordinating with internal teams, and improving operational processes for client programs.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary client contact through phone, email, and chat
- Provide prompt, accurate, and proactive support to strengthen client retention and relationships
- Resolve client issues and coordinate with internal departments
- Maintain organized client records in accordance with legal and regulatory requirements
- Process and oversee financial transactions, statements, reports, and data
- Run recurring reports to identify and address exceptions
- Document and review procedures to improve program efficiency and effectiveness
- Collaborate on systemic issue resolution and continuous improvement initiatives
- Provide coverage for teammates and support interdepartmental client relationships
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, accounting, or a related field, or equivalent experience of 5+ years
- Strong communication, writing, interpersonal, and customer service skills
- Excellent organization, attention to detail, time management, and prioritization skills
- Ability to work collaboratively, adapt to changing priorities, and maintain high service quality
- Strong business ethics and personal integrity
- Fluency in Microsoft Office Suite
Nice to have
- 1–2 years of experience in financial services, philanthropic operations, or trust administration
