Senior Technical Account Manager

A partner company is seeking a senior technical account manager for a remote role based in Israel. You will help strategic customers implement and adopt a technical platform, realize its value, and shape improvements through customer feedback.
Responsibilities
- Manage strategic customer accounts and relationships with technical stakeholders and executive decision-makers.
- Assess customer needs and adoption, and create success plans to improve platform value, retention, and account growth.
- Partner with Sales on executive business reviews.
- Coordinate with Support to resolve product issues and communicate progress.
- Share and track customer feature requests with Product teams; represent customer needs in product planning.
- De-escalate urgent customer concerns and manage churn risks.
- Improve customer resources, documentation, and internal processes.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in a customer-facing technology role, such as technical account management, account management, or product management.
- Understanding of developer workflows and build systems, including CI/CD environments.
- Familiarity with source control tools such as Git, SVN, or Perforce.
- Understanding of web application security concepts, including the OWASP Top 10.
- Ability to connect technical concepts to customer objectives and business value.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, or a related technical field, or equivalent technical experience.
- Strong problem-solving, relationship-building, written and verbal communication, and stakeholder communication skills.

- Experience in a fast-paced technology environment.
- Background or interest in DevSecOps, application security, or related cybersecurity fields.
