Responsibilities
- Analyze existing systems and identify components requiring modification or replacement
- Translate business requirements into detailed functional and technical specifications
- Author system-level specification documents with comprehensive technical detail
- Collaborate with developers, AWS specialists, and business stakeholders on cloud-based solutions
- Support sprint planning, scope definition, and requirements tracking
- Work with development teams using AI tools to convert specifications into code
- Maintain documentation quality, consistency, and change control throughout the project
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience specifying complex information systems
- Strong command of Agile methodologies and sprint-based workflows
- Relevant degree in Information Systems, Industrial Engineering and Management, or Computer Science
- Excellent written communication and systems-thinking skills
- Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills
Nice to have
- Experience in the public sector or large organizations
- Practical experience with AWS and cloud architectures
- Experience with large-scale system rewrites or modernization projects
- Familiarity with Spec-Driven or Model-Based Development
- Experience with AI-assisted development workflows
- Knowledge of integrating AI into software development processes
