Program Operations Specialist, AI & Innovation
Support AI governance and innovation portfolio operations. Run intake processes, manage the innovation pipeline, develop and deliver training, maintain AI policy and inventory, and provide stakeholder support.
Responsibilities
- Run AI intake process end-to-end including forms, channels, triage, review, SLAs, and risk-based decisions.
- Track all innovation submissions, maintain idea and venture pipeline, and support logistics and communications.
- Develop and deliver AI governance and tool-adoption training, both live and written.
- Maintain approved-AI-systems inventory and keep AI Policy, risk tiers, and guidance current.
- Serve as operational secretariat for the AI Committee.
- Support scheduling, documentation, reporting, and dashboards with IT.
- Act as first point of contact for governance and innovation questions.
- Work with innovation external ecosystem where relevant.
Requirements
- 2+ years in program coordination, operations, compliance, or governance, ideally in a public or regulated company.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, comfortable leading trainings and facilitating senior stakeholders.
- Proven experience with structured processes, clear SLAs, documentation, and audit trails.
- Strong stakeholder management across HQ and business units.
- Working familiarity with AI/GenAI tools and basic understanding of vendor terms, data-privacy, and information-security concepts.
- Pragmatic, service-oriented mindset.
- Fluent Hebrew and English.
Nice to have
- Experience with a governance committee or innovation program.
- Exposure to SEC-regulated environments or NIST/EU AI Act frameworks.
