IT Business Analyst

Support software changes, system implementations, regulatory initiatives, and end-to-end process delivery for a financial institution in Israel.
Responsibilities
- Analyze, characterize, and design software changes for local systems
- Translate business requirements into business requirement documents, delivery plans, user stories, process maps, data flows, and exit criteria
- Document requirements using tools such as JIRA, RTC, and Confluence, including solution design documents and UML models
- Coordinate local stakeholders, project managers, business stakeholders, technology owners, and external suppliers
- Lead system changes, new system and application implementations, and end-to-end process delivery
- Track development projects, testing, business-user validation, risks, issues, and gaps
- Coordinate characterization, specifications, and testing for regulatory projects with government teams
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science
- Proven experience as an IT Business Analyst in a financial institution
- Experience with Microsoft Azure and cloud computing
- Understanding of Agile methodology
- Fluent business English and Hebrew
- Living in Israel
- Strong communication, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and organizational skills
Nice to have
- Experience maintaining a programming language such as VB or SQL
- Understanding of AI tools such as ChatGPT and Claude
