Create engaging, technically accurate learning content for distributed teams supporting AI factories and advanced computing environments. The role combines instructional design, visual storytelling, motion graphics, generative AI, and e-learning production.
Responsibilities
- Transform technical material into videos, animations, presentations, quick-reference guides, and other learning assets.
- Create motion graphics, animated explainers, and video content, with a strong focus on Adobe After Effects.
- Use generative AI to develop content, accelerate production, explore creative approaches, and improve learning experiences.
- Apply established brand standards across learning deliverables.
- Adapt production methods for rapid-turnaround projects and polished learning experiences.
- Work with subject-matter experts to clarify complex concepts and resolve content gaps.
- Manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines independently using project-management and collaboration tools.
- Publish, maintain, and optimize content in learning management systems.
Requirements
- At least 8 years of experience in learning development, instructional design, or a related field.
- Experience supporting learning programs in AI, infrastructure, data centers, cloud, engineering, or other highly technical environments.
- Advanced Adobe After Effects skills, plus proficiency with Illustrator, Photoshop, and video-editing tools.
- Experience using generative AI tools while retaining ownership of creative, editorial, and instructional decisions.
- Ability to collaborate across distributed teams, including daily overlap with U.S. Central Time.
Nice to have
- Visual design and information design experience with a strong portfolio.
- Experience with Adobe Learning Manager, Synthesia, ElevenLabs, Lottie, or comparable tools.
- Familiarity with Storyline, Rise, Captivate, Camtasia, or similar e-learning authoring platforms.
