Own product education end to end for an AI-powered content creation platform. Create and present educational videos, produce product demonstrations, and develop a user learning hub for a global audience.
Responsibilities
- Own the product education strategy.
- Script, shoot, present, and edit educational videos independently.
- Produce tutorials and product demonstrations for a video channel.
- Build and develop a comprehensive user learning hub.
- Teach users about new product features as they launch.
- Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Design, and Social teams to maintain high-quality content.
- Collect user feedback and feed insights into the product lifecycle.
Requirements
- Native-level English fluency is required.
- Demonstrated on-camera presentation and teaching experience; include relevant examples such as a reel, channel, tutorials, or talks.
- Ability to independently script, shoot, and edit polished videos from raw footage to final cut.
- Ability to explain complex product concepts clearly to both first-time and advanced users.
- Strong understanding of creator and content-production workflows.
- Experience developing content strategies and translating them into growth.
- Practical knowledge of cameras, microphones, lighting, and capture equipment.
- Experience producing product education or demonstration content is expected.
