Join a large-scale government technology project implementing a new Salesforce-based information system. This field-based role involves training, implementation, user support, and collaboration with project and technical teams across Israel.
Responsibilities
- Manage and deliver training and implementation processes for a new information system.
- Develop tailored training and implementation plans.
- Prepare training materials.
- Deliver individual and group training in person and online.
- Implement the system and provide user assistance and ongoing support.
- Understand the system and the needs of internal and external user groups.
- Participate in project meetings, requirements workshops, specification discussions, testing, and coordination with professional teams and the implementation vendor.
Requirements
- More than three years of experience delivering training and implementation processes for information systems.
- One of the following educational or professional backgrounds: a bachelor's degree in computer science or computer engineering; another bachelor's degree plus at least 100 hours of information systems training; a computer or technology practical engineering qualification; at least 150 hours of advanced information systems courses; or relevant technological military experience subject to approval.
- Willingness to travel extensively and work at locations throughout Israel according to project needs.
Nice to have
- Experience with Salesforce, especially training users on the platform.
- Experience training users on complex systems with large user populations.
- Experience creating training materials such as manuals, presentations, and videos.
- Graphic design experience.
- Experience with business intelligence systems and data extraction.
- Experience working with project managers, clients, systems analysts, development teams, and implementation vendors.
