Provide technical consulting and relationship management for major advertising clients and product partners. Lead integrations, troubleshooting, product adoption, optimization, and cross-functional solution delivery.
Responsibilities
- Consult with partners on day-to-day technical issues and deliver scalable solutions
- Troubleshoot technical problems, advocate product features, and coordinate issue resolution
- Support client adoption of new products through upgrades and migrations
- Gather client feedback and share feature recommendations with Product Management and Engineering
- Lead technical aspects of new and ongoing client integrations
- Provide integration documentation, technical guidance, and presentations to internal and customer audiences
- Analyze and optimize client implementations to improve adoption and business outcomes
- Coordinate with Engineering, Sales, and Product Management on technical execution and partner operations
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
- At least 3 years of experience in project management, web technologies, and data analysis
- Fluent English communication skills to support regional client relationships
Nice to have
- Coding experience in Python, C++, or Java
- Familiarity with SQL or MySQL and Unix/Linux commands
- Ability to present technical material to audiences with varying technical backgrounds
- Strong data analysis and data-driven decision-making skills
- Experience collaborating across geographically distributed teams
- Strong business communication and presentation skills
- Strong problem-solving and investigative skills
