Technical Integration Manager

Connect business teams with R&D by translating needs into technical requirements and coordinating cross-functional initiatives from planning through delivery. The role is hybrid and full-time.
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and R&D, clarifying needs and aligning on scope, priorities, timelines, and delivery expectations.
- Translate business requirements into technical briefs, specifications, and acceptance criteria; manage work in task-tracking tools.
- Own development initiatives end to end, including task definition, quality assurance, rollout, and monitoring, using AI, automation, or no-code tools or coordinating with developers.
- Coordinate cross-functional meetings, updates, and communication; track progress, risks, and blockers across initiatives.
- Support roadmap and project planning and prioritization.
- Train and support business teams on new features through documentation and walkthroughs.
- Troubleshoot technical problems and support business departments.
- Build dashboards for internal and external users using tools such as Google Data Studio, Redash, or Tableau.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering and management, information systems, computer science, or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of experience in project management or technical support.
- Experience in product, project, or technical coordination.
- Knowledge of Python and SQL.
- Understanding of APIs, JSON, webhooks, authentication, and system integrations.
- Experience translating business requirements into KPIs, reports, and dashboards.
- Understanding of generative AI, LLMs, AI agents, and AI-powered automation; familiarity with AI APIs and tools.
- Ability to identify opportunities to apply AI and automation to business and technical processes.
- Fluent spoken and written English and Hebrew.
- Strong problem-solving, mathematical, organizational, and interpersonal skills; able to work independently and collaboratively.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with Agile methods and tools such as Jira or Trello.
- Experience in an adtech, media, or SaaS company.
