A rail infrastructure organization is seeking a Systems Engineer to manage, operate, maintain, and support the implementation of SCADA systems within a large-scale operational project. The role offers a dynamic environment and opportunities for professional development.
Responsibilities
- Maintain, operate, and monitor project systems and SCADA systems.
- Serve as the professional authority for systems engineering and support the advancement and development of multiple systems.
- Coordinate with implementation and maintenance contractors.
- Analyze faults, prepare reports, track resolution times, and monitor maintenance activities.
- Document technical knowledge, manage system changes, prepare procedures, train users, and implement system changes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical and electronics engineering, software engineering, or computer science.
- At least 3 years of experience implementing or maintaining SCADA systems or other critical systems.
- Experience with maintenance management systems and communications systems.
- Good technical English is mandatory.
- Experience working with contractors and writing procedures and processes.
