Student C++ Integration Engineer

Join a software infrastructure team supporting the integration of algorithmic and software components for autonomous-driving platforms. The role combines C++ development, CI monitoring, debugging, issue investigation, and internal tooling in a Linux-based environment.
Responsibilities
- Integrate algorithmic and software components into shared development and release environments
- Work with C++ in a large-scale codebase
- Monitor CI flows, analyze failures, and investigate integration and build issues
- Reproduce, triage, and resolve software issues across debugging environments
- Analyze logs, system data, and CI results to identify root causes and prioritize issues
- Develop small C++ utilities, automation tools, and software improvements
- Collaborate with developers, algorithm engineers, and R&D teams on feature integration
- Apply development, debugging, code-review, and integration practices
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a B.Sc. in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
- At least 1.5 years of study remaining until graduation
- Availability for 2.5 working days per week
- Good C++ programming skills
- Familiarity with object-oriented programming principles
- Basic knowledge of Linux environments and version-control concepts
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to investigate technical issues independently while working effectively with experienced team members
Nice to have
- Experience with version control and Git submodules
- Familiarity with testing methodologies, debugging tools, log analysis, or scripting
- Experience with CMake, Bash, Docker, or similar development tools
