Join a growing predictive analytics software company and help customers achieve technical and modeling success with an automated machine learning platform. The role combines customer enablement, data analysis, model validation, platform integration, and technical support.
Responsibilities
- Own the overall modeling and technical success of customer accounts.
- Review models and assess model integrity and performance.
- Deliver demonstrations, training, and education on the machine learning platform.
- Connect platform data sources and validate data quality and suitability.
- Conduct data walkthroughs, feasibility assessments, and exploratory data analysis.
- Run modeling experiments and analyze model performance.
- Technically validate and implement prediction deployments.
- Investigate production prediction issues and resolve technical problems.
- Answer customer technical questions and support ongoing platform use.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of industry experience in customer-facing and analytics roles.
- At least 3 years of professional SQL experience.
- Experience solving technical problems and delivering business insights.
- Strong business analysis skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple customers and prioritize work effectively.
- Strong interest in understanding customer needs, training users, and providing high-quality support.
Nice to have
- Experience with B2B or SaaS technology enablement.
- Experience working in a startup environment.
