An engineering organization in Israel is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer to develop wireless synchronization, MAC algorithms, and mobile ad hoc network solutions.
Responsibilities
- Develop and optimize time and frequency synchronization techniques.
- Define medium access control methods and networking protocols.
- Contribute to the development and optimization of MANET solutions.
- Lead systems integration and verification for reliable wireless network performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and international customers.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of hands-on experience in wireless communications, synchronization, and MAC protocols.
- Strong knowledge of probability theory and stochastic processes.
- Demonstrated experience in systems development and wireless access-control techniques.
Nice to have
- Experience with mobile ad hoc networks (MANETs).
- Experience writing engineering specifications.
- Higher education in a relevant engineering or computer science field.
