Join a solution architecture team supporting enterprise customers across pre-sales and post-sales engagements. Design and implement secure, scalable solutions, lead technical rollouts, resolve complex issues, and connect customer needs with product and engineering teams.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the senior technical contact for complex pre-sales and post-sales customer engagements
- Design and implement solutions aligned with security, compliance, and operational requirements
- Lead proof-of-value projects and production rollouts
- Own a product domain and partner with engineering on issue resolution, roadmap development, and ecosystem growth
- Create reusable technical documentation, solution guides, automation scripts, and enablement materials
- Collaborate with product, engineering, sales engineering, customer success, and marketing teams
- Troubleshoot technical issues across data sources, cloud infrastructure, and enterprise systems
- Improve internal workflows, tooling, and field best practices
Requirements
- Experience as a Solution Architect, Senior Sales Engineer, or similar technical professional in a SaaS, security, or cloud-native environment
- Strong software development background
- Experience with solution design, systems integration, and customer-facing technical delivery
- Proficiency in data analysis and querying, including SQL
- Comfort working with distributed systems and cloud environments
- Strong communication skills for technical and business stakeholders
- Ability to work independently, take ownership, and operate in a fast-moving environment
- Experience partnering with research and development and product teams to resolve customer issues and improve capabilities
Nice to have
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related technical field
- Experience with security-focused SaaS platforms
- Familiarity with automation, scripting, and internal tooling
- Relevant industry certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect, CISSP, or CCSP
- Experience with enterprise-scale deployments
