Responsibilities
- Deploy and operate the AI platform across cloud, on-premises, and air-gapped environments
- Lead site surveys, client acceptance testing, and post-launch technical improvements
- Integrate client data sources into structured, AI-ready feeds
- Provide second-line support and resolve complex issues on site
- Share field insights with product and research and development teams
Requirements
- Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, networking, storage, and Grafana observability
- Experience deploying and integrating production systems in complex, high-security client environments
- Ability to troubleshoot with limited logs and no remote access
- Strong client-facing communication skills with technical and security stakeholders
- Willingness to travel globally approximately 15%
Nice to have
- Experience with air-gapped environments
- Experience in defense or open-source intelligence
- Background in data engineering, including ETL and schema design
- Experience building AI automation or agents
