Full-time, on-site position in Ashkelon focused on integrating RF and microwave subsystems and components into complete solutions across RF-to-millimeter-wave platforms.
Responsibilities
- Integrate RF and microwave subsystems, including transmitters, receivers, amplifiers, and control or passive modules
- Review and interpret RF designs and assemble and configure modules
- Perform laboratory measurements and validate system performance against specifications
- Troubleshoot integration and system-level performance issues with design, test, production, and quality teams
- Optimize system performance and support product documentation
- Contribute to continuous improvement and new product introduction activities
- Follow quality standards and measurement procedures
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering or a related field
- Hands-on experience integrating RF or microwave modules and systems, including alignment, calibration, and verification
- Experience using RF test equipment such as spectrum analyzers, vector network analyzers, signal generators, and power meters
- Strong analytical skills for RF measurements, data interpretation, and system-level problem solving
- Proficiency troubleshooting RF and microwave circuits, test setups, and system performance issues
- Relevant scripting or software development skills using tools such as MATLAB, Python, or LabVIEW
- Ability to work on-site in Ashkelon and manage multiple tasks in laboratory and production environments
Nice to have
- Specialization in RF, microwave, or communications engineering
- Familiarity with ISO 9001 quality standards
- Experience with military or industrial RF system requirements
