Responsibilities
- Assess customer technology needs and define suitable solutions.
- Plan, configure, and implement communications and information-security solutions.
- Guide customers from requirements discovery through deployment.
- Present solutions and provide technical support to sales teams.
- Conduct testing and adjustments, and prepare technical documentation.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in communications and networking.
- Knowledge of TCP/IP, VLAN, routing, and switching.
- Experience configuring and implementing routers, switches, firewalls, and communications or security equipment.
- Ability to assess customer needs and match them with technical solutions.
